DEN@Viterbi Profile Creation Form


Prior to registering for courses, please review the DEN@Viterbi Terms of Service.


Please choose a DEN@Viterbi profile type:

  • DEN@Viterbi Admitted Students
    • Formally admitted to USC and attend class remotely through DEN@Viterbi. (Not Available to Undergraduates)
    • If you were previously a Limited Status student, please email vaseden@usc.edu to update your existing DEN@Viterbi Profile.

  • DEN@Viterbi Limited Status Students
    • Limited Status Enrollment allows students to take coursework for official USC credit without being formally admitted to a graduate degree program.
      • Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in engineering or a closely related field (e.g., mathematics or science) from a regionally-accredited institution, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
      • A maximum of 12 units may be taken as a Limited Status student and later applied for credit toward an advanced degree or graduate certificate. Students must be formally admitted to a degree program before they are allowed to register in additional units beyond the 12-unit limit.
      • When selecting your intended Limited Status Enrollment, you must select “Online via DEN@Viterbi” to enroll in the DEN@Viterbi course sections.

Note: DEN@Viterbi requires that all examinations are proctored at established proctoring centers, or through proctoring resources by DEN@Viterbi approved corporations. It is important that all prospective students interested in pursuing their program from outside of the United States are approved prior to applying for admission into their desired program.
